Our orchard is located in Azumino City, at the foot of the magnificent Northern Japan Alps.
Surrounded by crystal-clear water and pure mountain air, this land offers an ideal environment for cultivating premium fruit.
Nagano Prefecture is one of Japan’s leading apple-producing regions, blessed with long daylight hours and sharp temperature differences between day and night—conditions that produce naturally sweet and aromatic apples.
Within Nagano, Azumino stands out as a truly special place.
At an elevation of 600 to 700 meters, nourished by mineral-rich snowmelt water from the Alps, our apples develop a deep red color, refined aroma, and perfectly balanced flavor.
We work closely with nature, listening to each tree and caring for it with precision and respect.
Every apple is a collaboration between nature’s power and human craftsmanship—
